CONTINUING EDUCATION
Healing From the Core: Grounding and Healthy Boundaries Introduction

This class teaches skills about how to create an internal personal connection through awareness, sensation, and energy resourcing.  These skills are imperative to building the healthy boundaries necessary to avoid energy depletion from: losing your energy to others or taking on others energy, being vulnerable to the ocean of energy you walk in day to day, not being able to say no when necessary, and not being aware of your personal energy levels moment to moment or how to resource them.
 
You will experience exercises in how to become more personally aware and connected so you can expand your personal presence.  Your personal presence, or as is also referred to as being "grounded", supports your ability to hold a deeper therapeutic presence for yourself and others and experience better personal and therapeutic outcomes.  This deeper awareness of being present or grounded is a body experience in sensation, and this class teaches you how to create that experience and live it. 
 
The skills you will learn in this class are life skills and will support you in creating a foundation of internal connection that will allow you to walk in the world with more ease than fear or anxiety.  This ease will impact your life on all levels
